Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation- May 2021

Our twice weekly group prenatal yoga classes continue online into the month of May, while one-to-one sessions (hypnobirthing, birth preparation for couples, prenatal and postnatal yoga) are also available in person. Here are the details:
                         Prenatal Yoga Group Online Classes:
– Wednesdays , 18h15-19h45 (Gentle Prenatal Yoga & Deep Relaxation)
– Saturdays , 10h15-11h45 (Active Birth Yoga for Pregnancy)
             One-to-One Birth Preparation Sessions and Programmes

OnetoOne Sessions (Prenatal Yoga/Birth Preparation for Couples/Breathing for Labour and Birth/Hypnobirthing) remain available as in-person classes under strict Covid proof protocoles or online. Contact Sophie for more information or to book a session.
The Birth Preparation Programmes (Prenatal yoga sessions+Birth Preparation Workshop for Couples+Birth Plan guidance session) have been adapted to also be available online if we cannot meet in person. Full details here:
