In addition to a regular prenatal yoga class, women find many benefits in preparing for birth with a one-to-one approach and involve their partner in one or several sessions. We’ve adapted our programmes to also be delivered online when the situation can’t allow to meet in person.
Our one-to-one, bespoke sessions will offer you (and your partner) a safe place and time to positively prepare for birth. You’ll receive supportive guidance while learning some of the most useful mental and physicals tools to make you feel prepared and confident in the time ahead.
You can choose from a full Birth Preparation Programme which includes prenatal yoga sessions + a 2h Birth Preparation Workshop for you and your partner+ a birth plan session to guide you into designing your birth preferences, or stand alone sessions (Birth Preparation Workshop for you and partner or a Hypnobirthing Birth Preparation).
