Active Birth Yoga for Pregnancy

Each class includes: gentle yoga-based stretching and toning movements the practice of positions for labour and birth breathing and relaxation some time for discussion and refreshments The classes will help you : ease some of the common discomforts of pregnancy and make you feel reinvigorated gain confidence in your body and your inner ability to give birth to your baby prepare physically for childbirth meet other mothers As a fully qualified Active Birth Yoga Teacher, Sophie has a thorough knowledge of pregnancy and childbirth which is woven into the class and during the time allowed for discussion. The classes are suitable for all women after 16 weeks of pregnancy and no prior experience of yoga is required.

Daytime, evening and week end (saturday) classes take place at the yoga centre Yogashram, on 27 Rue des Minimes, Brussels 1000, (next to Place Sablon). Private classes on request. Tram 92 and 94; Bus 27 and 95. Stop at Petit Sablon. Parking on Place du Grand Sablon (free after 6pm)		Please contact Sophie for full details and a registration form.
